How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, open the product you want, choose any available options and quantity, then add it to your cart and check out. For custom print jobs or bulk runs, send us the details through the contact form and we will follow up with a quote.

Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?

Yes. For large runs and corporate orders, contact us at support@geniusprints.in with your specs and quantity, and we will send a custom quote.

Can I get a proof before my full order prints?

Absolutely. For orders above a certain quantity or value, we offer digital proofing before press. For complex jobs — foil, die-cut, embossing — we always recommend a physical proof run.

How long does delivery take?

Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days from approval. Express options are available for most products. Turnaround is shown live on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email via Shiprocket. You can also view live tracking in your account under "My Orders".

Do you ship outside India?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If the fault is on our side — a production error, damage in transit, or spec mismatch — we'll reprint and reship at no cost.

Can I return a custom order?

Custom-printed items cannot be returned for change-of-mind. However, any quality defect is fully covered. We recommend ordering a sample run before committing to large quantities.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution PNG/JPG (min 300 DPI at print size). CMYK colour profile recommended for accurate colour reproduction.
