We accept returns for non-customized items within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@geniusprints.in with your order number and reason for return.
Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed products (e.g., items with custom names, photos, or specific designs requested by you), these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is a printing error on our part.
If you receive a customized item that is damaged, defective, or has a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund.
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
We typically do not offer direct exchanges for non-customized items. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
For customized items with errors on our part, we will provide a direct replacement of the corrected item.
Once your return is received and inspected (for non-customized items), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning non-customized items, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged/defective product).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if any) may be deducted from your refund.
