Genius Prints offers custom printing and design services, including but not limited to apparel printing, business stationery, promotional materials, and personalized gifts. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Genius Prints a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license and that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our checkout page. Orders are processed upon successful payment verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Genius Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
